Evidence in the Moxley murder

The Moxley murder went unsolved for more than a quarter century. Michael Skakel, who's conviction was just overturned, has always maintained his innocence. 360's Randi Kaye reports on the evidence in the case.

Hours after a judge set aside Skakel's conviction, Senior legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin got into a heated debate with Skakel's cousin Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Tonight he is back to discuss the evidence with forensic scientist Lawrence Kobilinsky.

Martha Moxley's brother speaks out on Skakel conviction decision

Michael Skakel's lawyer filled out paperwork today that could soon let him walk out of prison. After more than a decade behind bars, a judge overturned Skakel’s conviction for the 1975 murder of Martha Moxley, finding his attorney botched his defense. The decision came as a shock to her family. Anderson spoke to Martha's brother John Moxley.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s first interview after judge overturns Michael Skakel's conviction

Kennedy cousin Michael Skakel could walk out of jail tomorrow. He spent more than a decade in prison for the 1975 murder of Martha Moxley. Today a judge threw out his murder conviction, ruling his defense attorney provided ineffective counsel during his trial 11 years ago. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. long maintained his cousin's innocence,and tonight he lashed out at Senior Legal Analyst Jeffrey Toobin for his remarks about the case.
