Dutch aviation investigators released their preliminary report on the downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17. They found "high-energy objects" struck the plane from outside. The report supports the theory that a warhead struck MH17, but it stops short of pointing the finger at who may have fired it.
The U.S. and Ukraine have accused pro-Russian separatists. Russia's BUK missile system is widely blamed as the weapon that brought down the flight.
There are no BUK systems in the U.S., but but Gary Tuchman visited the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force for an up close look at its Soviet predecessor the SA-2.
