For some, the immigration crisis hits too close to home

After traveling thousands of miles, many illegal immigrants reach the U.S. with nowhere to go. They are arriving by the busload at receiving centers across the Southwest. Frustrated residents are making their voices heard and in many cases forcing the immigrants to go elsewhere. Randi Kaye takes a closer look.
