A luxury cruise liner with about 4,200 people on board ran aground off the coast of Italy, leaving at least six dead and 29 still missing, including two Americans. There was chaos and panic on the ship as passengers and crew tried to escape from the one side that had accessible lifeboats. The captain is under arrest and faces possible charges of manslaughter, causing a shipwreck and abandoning ship while passengers were still on board, authorities said. He will appear in court on Tuesday, but the search for victims continues and questions remain about the events leading up to the disaster.
