Executive action on Immigration: Opponents prepare to fight

Republican Congressman Steve King from Iowa says President Obama has  no constitutional authority to take executive action on immigration that was laid out in a speech to the nation. Rep. King descried a wide variety of options to counter the President's plan, including a resolution of disapproval, censure and funding cuts.

Alberto Gonzales served as Attorney General during Pres. George W. Bush’s administration. He spoke with Anderson about ambiguities in the plan regarding Presidential power. He also said that he hoped that this will motivate the Congress to take legislative action instead.
