Buffalo buried: Can the roofs stand up to the snow?

Over the last three days, Buffalo, New York got hit with as much snow as the city usually sees all year. The storm is blamed for the deaths of at least ten people. As two more feet fell today, fears are growing that roofs across the area are not going to be able to handle all of the weight.
