It doesn't matter that the calendar says it is still autumn, millions of people across the U.S. are dealing with some serious winter weather. There is snow, bitter winds and freezing temperatures reaching the Rockies across to the heartland. Gary Tuchman reports from Billings, Montana, one of the coldest spots in the country. Temperatures are so low there that he is able to turn boiling water into snow.
