Scathing new report on Joan Rivers' death
Joan Rivers never recovered from what was supposed to be a routine procedure to check her throat at a New York City clinic. A new report is out accusing the clinic of making several mistakes, including failing to identify deteriorating vital signs and provide a timely intervention. The findings also include a list of issues, including a physician snapping photos of Rivers while she was sedated. Jean Casarez has more.
