A father phones his son who is in Ebola quarantine
Thomas Duncan's partner Louise is not alone in quarantine inside her Dallas apartment. Her son Timothy and two of her nephews are also there. Timothy is just 13 years old and for 21 days he cannot go to school, play with friends, go outside or even see his father. Gary Tuchman visited Timothy's father Peterson Wayne as he spoke to his son on the phone.
