Authorities have admitted Omar Gonzalez jumped the White House fence and sprinted across the North Lawn before entering through the front door. Now we are learning that he made it to the East Room of the White House before being tackled. How could this have happened at what should be one of the most secure locations on the planet? Jim Acosta has the latest.
Washington Post reporter Carol Loennig broke the new developments . Anderson discussed the security lapses with her and Dan Bongino, a former Secret Service agent who is also a Republican candidate for Congress from Maryland. Mr. Bongino's brother is still a Secret Service agent.

I hope the next angry armed veteran to jump the White House fence is an Ebola patient from the 101st Airborne.
Oh sure. This is news. and how was he "Knife Wielding"? I bet this was a bet. he has a friend on the side laughing his ass off after saying he wouldn't do it. The Secret Service who were looking for signs of intent which would raise to an escalation of force are being ridiculed for not shooting him? I have MAJOR problems with this. the biggest being the spokesperson who said "we do not need to show major restraint, we need to show extreme force". which is like the government saying if you break into my house you will get shot. meanwhile the morons like Bloomberg and Fienstien want to remove that very same level of protection from the average law abiding citizen like myself.
