Newly obtained video captured the reactions of two men who witnessed the shooting of Michael Brown. One of them screams, "He had is f****n hands up," and motioned with his own arms. AC360 spoke to both men and they say Darren Wilson was not the only officer on the scene, there were two others. They even say that a second officer drew his weapon but did not pull the trigger. Randi Kaye spoke to one of those witnesses and breaks down the video.
Does this video change the case? Anderson discussed this with legal analysts Jeffrey Toobin and Sunny Hostin, along with Neil Bruntrager, who is General Counsel for the St. Louis Police Officers Association.

So you're telling me that a policeman is chasing down a suspect who is running through the streets with his hands purportedly up and the cameraman is instead filming two dudes standing by a pickup truck? One of which doesn't even move off of the truck after supposedly witnessing a police shooting a mere 50 feet from him?
Well Mr/Ms Torque, it seems as though you have problems following basic things, so I'll explain it to you. Darren Wilson was chasing Mike Brown and according to at least 5 or 6 witnesses, shooting at him while he was running away. Mike Brown then apparently was hit with a bullet and turned around with his hands up. He was then gunned down by Wilson shortly afterwards. The two people in the video were recorded some 3 minutes AFTER the shooting describing what they saw. Coincidentally, they are now about the 7th and 8th witnesses to say that Brown had his hands up when shot. Only Wilson says otherwise. You do the math.
My argument is not with what the current theory is. My argument is with this particular video and sensationalist headline/tagline which shows absolutely nothing except two guys standing next to a pick-up truck.
It shows two MORE eye witnesses describing what they saw minutes after it happened. There are probably even more witnesses that haven't come forward yet (like these two), but the main reason this is being presented is because it's yet two more people saying Brown had his hands up when shot just minutes after it happened. As the guy in the video says, this is good evidence because while it didn't cover the actual killing, it does capture their perspective of what they saw minutes after they saw it.
Not quite, another eyewitness says something quite different.

For all of you that don't know why the Michael Brown
movement came to be.In your mind you think because
an unharmed black youth was killed is the reason.
Wrong It started because of police brutality after he
was killed him and this video shows who started it and
why before you all show how racist you are look at the
video because this can happen to you as well remember
sandy hook. This video shows where and why Hands Up
Don`t Shoot came to life
And why it is said all over the world Today.

Really? His back was turned. They put out there the cop was just shooting at a black young boy. If his back was turned why did two coroners say he suffered six shots to the FRONT. Oh and lets not forget the so called Justice autopsies have not been released.
Justice=Justice department

The commercial came through loud and clear, but there was not picture with the Brown video.
