Why few police shootings lead to indictments

It is still not clear what happened during the altercation between Michael Brown and Officer Darren Wilson. It could take months to find out whether criminal charges will be filed against him. Anderson spoke to former Los Angeles police officer and author David Klinger about why the vast majority of police shootings do not result in an indictment.
