As surveillance video is released from an apparent robbery at a local Ferguson, Missouri convenience store, on Friday evening Don Lemon interviewed Freeman Bosley Jr., Dorian Johnson's attorney.
Johnson appears to be depicted in the video alongside his late friend, Michael Brown.
Having initially appeared on CNN earlier in the week, Johnson failed to mention that he and his friend were involved in an incident at the store just hours before Brown was shot and killed by police.
While Bosley Jr. maintains that his client didn't lie in earlier interviews, Lemon presented an alternate perspective:
"Isn't that lying by omission," he asked.
Watch the above video to hear how the attorney answered that question, and also to learn more about Johnson's recent conversations with police following his friends death.

Typical. Once they're caught in a lie it's defcon 1 effort to find some way to justify it.
My condolences to the Brown family for their loss.
It is time for the FULL TRUTH to be told. Not partial truth. The last thing the Brown family needs is for anyone to be prosecuted using inaccurate facts or testimony.
I have a feeling Dorian may modify his story when confronted by independent (non-Missouri) law-enforcement officials with expertise in interrogations.
If Dorian was actually inside the convenience store, as the video apparently shows, he may be legally interrogated as a witness to possible criminal activity, or an accessory to a potential crime.
Why was Michael Brown's body reportedly left lying uncovered in the street for 4 hours?

Subject: CNN MISINFORMATION ON MICHAEL BROWN MURDER
On Saturday, August 16, a female reporter on the CNN Newsroom With Don Lemon reported:
The officer who shot Michael Brown did not know that Michael Brown was also a suspect in that CONVENIENCE STORE SHOOTING.
The Black female sharing the split screen nodded her head in agreement. I could not believe the reporter was tying Micael Brown to a shooting at a convenience store that never occurred. I took my remote and went back and recorded what she had said..just in case I had misunderstood. I had not misunderstood. I watched another half hour of the program to see if she would apologize for her mistake. She never did.
and FYI if your going to blog about something get your facts straight the robbery was not hours before the shooting but merely moments!
Why isn't Dorian Johnson in jail for the robbery?
Is this really where our attention should be?
