Ebola fears in Africa and the U.S.

There is one American Ebola patient receiving treatment in Atlanta right now and a second is on the way. There are also fears in New York City that a man who walked into a hospital's emergency room is also suffering from the disease. He recently traveled to West Africa and is now in isolation awaiting test results. Miguel Marquez looks at the spread of Ebola in Africa along with the treatment and transport of the two Americans aid workers.

Anderson Cooper spoke to Dr. James Wilson, who is the Director of the National Infectious Disease Forecast Center. They discussed the possible cause of this latest Ebola outbreak and the ways doctors are trying to stop it.

We are told Ebola not easily transmitted only by body fluids. Yet we are warned about air travel. Entire protective suits are worn by healthcare workers and family members are speaking through glass panes? What is different than with aids and body fluids?? Can we believe the government?
