The Republican-led house voted 225 to 201 to sue President Obama over the Affordable Care Act. Not a single Democrat voted for the resolution. The suit claims the president abused his power, and it is sparking plenty of talk about impeachment. Chief Congressional Correspondent Dana Bash described the situation as uncharted territory.

This is ind of a troll post. Trolls will get it.
I believe president Obama was bluffed into bypassing the Senate. The Senate says no to his bills but they are still responsible to vote on it. He should have not took their word for it and just slapped the bill on the Senate floor for voting. They have to vote on it and they cannot deny it. So Obama bypasses the Senate and it creates some state of emergency and the Senate gets upset because Obama bypassed them. That is what I think of. The bill may get voted down but it does go through the formal process. So Obama gets his way and the Senate probably starts doing strange things because Obama always gets his way by bypassing the Senate.
So stupid....
