MH17: Why was it flying over a war zone?

Pro-Russian rebels shot down three Ukrainian planes and a helicopter in the weeks before the Flight 17 crash. The danger across the region led other flights to avoid the area. Rene Marsh looks at the questions now being raised about MH17's flight path.
