RidicuList: Talking in talking points

It may seem like an easy question. Florida Governor Rick Scott was asked whether police officers appearing at his campaign event were on duty at the time, which would be illegal. He responded by saying a lot without ever answering the question, leaving Anderson to ask 'what the hell were we talking about?' Maybe you can figure it out on the RidicuList.

Caught on video: Crowd breaks into hot car to rescue children

It was a dramatic scene: strangers smashing the windows of a hot car to free the children crying inside. Their mother reportedly left them alone while she was getting her hair cut. Her reaction stunned the good samaritans who saved her kids. This comes as Leanna Harris released a statement through her attorney. Harris' husband is charged with murder in the death of their 22-month-old son, who was left in a hot SUV for seven hours. Martin Savidge has the latest on that case.

How can theme parks weed out would-be predators?

In her exclusive report first seen on AC360, Kyra Phillips reported on 42 alleged child predators captured in police stings in the Orlando, Florida area. Thirty-five of them worked at Disney theme parks, five at Universal Studios and two at Sea World. There were 32 convictions. None of the cases involved children or teens who were visiting the parks. U.S. Congressman Dennis Ross of Florida spoke to Anderson about legislation he is introducing that would allow companies to polygraph would-be employees before they begin working around children.

Nearly dying on the 'Train of death'

Immigrants heading north through Mexico risk life and limb in hopes of crossing the border into the U.S. For many, the most dangerous part of the journey is a ride on the train that has been nicknamed both 'The Beast' and 'The Train of Death.' Gary Tuchman spoke to a mother who nearly lost an arm in an accident on 'The Beast' that cost her two-year-old son his leg.

Once immigrants reach the U.S., many are facing angry protests. In Oracle, Arizona, demonstrators made their voices heard after learning young undocumented immigrants would be making a local ranch their temporary home. Anderson discussed the volatile situation with Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu.
