Outrage is growing in a California community after a court orders a man who admitted raping at least 40 women to live there. Christopher Hubbart is known as the "Pillowcase rapist" and he spent decades in a state mental hospital. Hubbart raped many of his victims after he was released from a mental hospital in 1979. Stephanie Elam looks at how residents are fighting to make sure the same thing doesn't happen in their community.

Makes me wonder how many cases he DIDN'T admit to.
It's just a matter of time until he harms another woman and it will be on Judge Giblet's hands. I have no doubt if one of the victims been his mother, daughter or sister – this vermin would NOT be set free.
