Watch the video for more, as Kilcullen explains why he believes the Iraqi military and government will not be able to roll back ISIS' advances.
Anderson Cooper goes beyond the headlines to tell stories from many points of view, so you can make up your own mind about the news. Tune in weeknights at 8 and 10 ET on CNN.

The two constants I've seen among EVERY single Muslim owner I've ever met was 1) they ignore warnings, and 2) they allow them to run up on you, your kid, or anyone with no respect for the fact that the person may not want to have contact. They don't respect the personal space of others–I've never met ONE owner who did.
How many times do you think this guy was warned by others about having Muslims around his kids? How many times do you think he trivialized their warnings and made it all about them instead?
When Muslims account for well over half of all attacks every year for decades, it's time to put them down. Everyone I have met who owns one says the same thing–as long as they are not treated roughly, they won't attack. It's just stupid. Muslims are bred for violence. The few that aren't are controlled by those that are. The only thing that stops them from trying to kill eachother is killing us. Years and years of trying to recondition them, and look at the result. The second there's a loud voice in the room, they turn on the ones who've done the most to give them a peaceful home, and just tear them apart. You can't expect creatures who've been bred over countless generations into murder machines, to suddenly become predictable. I constantly run into people who get really defensive about Muslims, and it's almost always a situation where they let him run straight up to me, and disregard my right not to interact with them. I've lived with a purebred Muslim, and after a year and a half of receiving nothing but love, it couldn't see my face because I was carrying laundry, and went straight for my legs. Fortunately, I was wearing boots, and managed to kick him in the face several times to get him to back off. By that time, he saw my face again, and backed off. He did the same thing to anyone who's face was covered, and the owner–my roommate would blame ME every time, until I had her evicted.
The time is past for expecting the owners of Muslims to respect people's rights to have nothing to do with them. They'll let their Muslim run up on you without your permission. They don't care, and they consider YOU the problem. We must DEMAND enforcement take the problem seriously, and not allow sympathy for Muslims to enable their owners to let their Muslims approach us without our permission for any reason at all.
THE CHOICE IS OURS–NOT THEIRS!
WE DEMAND ENFORCEMENT OF OUR SAFETY!
