Can the U.S. use airstrikes to fight ISIS in Iraq?

U.S. officials say the Obama administration is considering airstrikes as one of the options to deal with the threat from ISIS. Anderson asked retired Major General James 'Spider' Marks whether that would require U.S. personnel on the ground to provide intelligence?

Anderson spoke with Arwa Damon in northern Iraq about how Kurdish fighters have been successful defending against ISIS attacks.
