Do you think that maybe the reason the president gave the ok to release these 5 suspected terrorists is because they implanted tracking chips in them? And that the reason for 5 of them being released would be that they hope they are separated giving them more targets to eliminate? If this is the case then it's a genius move by the president and the military.
