Crime & Punishment: Suspect's lawyer talks to Anderson about girl's ten year disappearance

She was just a 15-year-old when she vanished with the man her mother was dating. Today, she is a 25-year-old woman who says she spent the last decade enduring physical, sexual and emotional abuse by her captor, Isidro Garcia. He is now facing five felony counts including rape and kidnapping. Garcia's attorney Charles Frisco denies the charges and described their relationship at times as an "ideal marriage."

Anderson discussed why this case shows there is hope for children who vanished years ago with Ernie Allen, President and CEO of the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children.
