In some cases, it's three strikes and you're out. That isn't the case for Shaun Goodman after he was arrested for his seventh DUI offense. Goodman was sentenced to one year in jail, but a work release allows him to go home and run his business. That's not sitting well with some in the community, including the passenger in Goodman's Ferrari the night of his most recent crash. He had to jump from the speeding sports car during a high-speed chase with police. Dan Simon has the story.

Why would you get in a car with a drunk?
are you kidding me... why would you get in a car with a drunk.
On Nancy Grace. Henry says he saw Shaun have one drink, a shot of Fire Ball. After this Shaun wanted to go to a bar down town and offered a ride. He flaunted money, bought drinks, and bragged about his Ferrari. You would have taken the ride too!
Sounds like "taken FOR a ride" to me.
