Think Sterling does have dementia or he would have never agreed to do this interview without an a lawyer present. It's clear to me that the family has no control over what he says or does. Stealing the team away from the wife and family is just wrong on so many levels. This interview confirms the family has no control over what he says or does otherwise 'I'm sure they would have advised him not to do interview. The family didn't do anything wrong but yet CNN and all their talking heads and guests are pushing for the team to be taken away from the family as well. It certainly looks and smells like it's not about the racists remarks but wanting to steal a team away and sell to Oprah,Magic, etc! This is still America and you shouldn't be allowed to inflame and incite and intimidate to steal a team from the wife and family.
