Keeping them Honest: An apology as Atlanta digs out from ice storm

Atlanta is still struggling to recover from the ice storm that paralyzed the city three days ago. Schools are still closed and crews are helping thousands of motorists recover their cars abandoned along the freeways. After initially calling the storm unexpected, Georgia's Governor is now apologizing. Anderson Cooper is Keeping Them Honest.

Gary Tuchman rode along as drivers tried to reach their abandoned cars.

Enough of this blaming the government for the slick roads and for people being stuck in their cars. We all saw the forecast and decided to brush it off, but we were all proven wrong. This happens with weather; although we can get close, it's not exactly predictable. The combination of more than a million cars hitting the roads within a 1 hour period in Atlanta would cause gridlock on a sunny day, but add ice and hysterics, and we're a parking lot.
