Police documents show that Justin Bieber tested positive for pot, Xanax and alcohol the night he was arrested in Miami Beach. Less than a week later he was turning himself in at a Toronto police station, where he was charged with assault. Back in California he's under investigation for allegedly throwing eggs at a neighbor's house. Anderson discussed all of this with Dr. Drew.
