Former Virginia Governor and First Lady arraigned after accepting extravagant gifts

He was once one of the Republican party's rising stars. There was even talk of Bob McDonnell running for the White House. But today, the former Virginia Governor and his wife are charged with taking gifts from a local businessman in exchange for using the governor's position to help his company. According to the indictment, they accepted:
–A silver Rolex, engraved with "71st Governor of Virginia."
–Two sets of golf clubs.
–Two iPhones
–Two gold Oscar de la Renta dresses.
–Two Armani dresses and matching jacket.
- Louis Vuitton shoes, wallet and purse.
- Also, a 50-thousand dollar loan and a 15-thousand dollar wedding gift for the McDonnell's daughter.
The big question is whether their actions add up to corruption. Joe Johns has the latest.

John Berman discussed the case with Senior Legal Analyst Jeffrey Toobin.
