What is Toronto Mayor Rob Ford saying in new video?
Toronto Mayor Rob Ford is once again being forced to explain another bizarre video posted on the internet. Past videos have shown him smoking what appeared to be crack cocaine and delivering incoherent rants filled with death threats. In the new video, he appears intoxicated. Paula Newton has the latest on Ford's explanation.
