Texting argument allegedly sparks fatal shooting
In a shocking case out of Florida, a former police captain is charged with murder after the fatal shooting of a man in a movie theater during an alleged argument over texting. The 71-year-old is being held without bail; his attorney says his client acted in self-defense. Eyewitnesses say they didn’t see punches thrown, only popcorn.
