13-year-old Jahi McMath went to the hospital for a tonsillectomy. After severe complications from the surgery Jahi's doctors declared her brain dead. But her family believes otherwise. They won a battle to move her out of the hospital and into a new facility. Dan Simon has the latest on the case.
