Recreational marijuana is legal in Colorado… Now what?

They are lining up to legally purchase pot. But some Coloradans are getting a case of sticker shock. The Denver Post reports prices in some areas are approaching $400 an ounce and that's before taxes. Miguel Marquez has the latest on day two of legalization in Colorado.

"Dead" banker is alive and under arrest

Aubrey 'Lee' Price is accused of embezzling millions of dollars. He reportedly wrote a letter saying he was planning to commit suicide, and was later officially declared dead. It turns out he is very much alive and now in FBI custody. David Mattingly has the latest twist in this story.

13-year-old on life support and at the center of a legal battle

Jahi McMath suffered severe complications after having her tonsils removed. She is on life support machines and her parents want to keep it that way. But her doctors and a judge declared her brain dead and are ready to pull the plug. That set off a legal battle over Jahi's  future. Randi Kaye has the latest.
