    I am nominating myself after creating this list; sometimes there are no workable slotions, perhaps.

    Immigration cannot safely be stopped as long as there is a disparity in peace, liberty, or wealth. With that in mind, we must protect the safety, health, welfare, and morals of US citizens while allowing people to cross borders for humanitarian reasons. The following are suggestions for limiting immigration with requirements.

    Safety: Any immigrant found guilty of a felony or two misdemeanors will be deported during the first ten years after entry. Alll adult immigrants must have the equivalent of high school diploma. All minors must complete high school before the age of 21 or the family will be deported. Families with children who are truant for over a year will be deported. (Education allows for better decision-making.) No person may immigrate with a prior conviction of a violent or sexual crime. Housing for the first sixth months must be paid with a lease. (Housing may be inspected.).

    Health: All immigrants must have a year of health insurance prepaid and must keep insurance for the first ten years after entry. All immigrants must be free of any contagious disease according to a physical by a U.S. doctor.

    Welfare: All immigrants must have a job promise in writing offering pay of $13./hour, or both parents may be promised minimum wage jobs. No immigrant may renter with less than $2000. per adult and per child.

    Morals: No immigrant may be a member of any violent gang, terrorist organization, hate group, or group trying to violently overthrow the U. S.

    Exceptions for refugees are obvious. Organizations may be able to sponsor immigrants by promising that the immigrants will have food, housing, clothing, medical care, and other needs furnished in lieu of the money requirement.
