Playgrounds rise in memory of Sandy Hook shooting victims

They are symbols of hope and recovery. 26 playgrounds, each one honoring a life cut short during the massacre in Newtown, Connecticut. Some of these playgrounds are rising in areas hit hard by Superstorm Sandy. Tom Foreman has the story.
