Lol I just moved to northwest Nevada to work out here at a ski resort, I was practilly in that cold all day even late at night I was in that cold riding my bike through the snow while it was snowing at like -12° first time I was in weather that cold & I was fine it wasn't even that cold, there was no wind just dry cold they would have been fine just staying in the car with there close on, its really not surprising they survived. The news is turning this into a way bigger thing than it should be.
