It started out sounding like a prank call to 911 on Thanksgiving. But when the operator realized the caller really was robbed of his holiday dinner… she dispatched the police and did something very special.

This is a great story! It's not fit for the types of things that appear on the ridiculist...And I agree, call the cops if someone brandishes a gun and takes ANYTHING from you.
Talk about a feel good story. You honestly can't make up this stuff. I'm glad that they realized it wasn't a prank and the man truly had been robbed. Hats off to the dispatcher and that cop though. I'll bet Jimmy never forgets this Thanksgiving. Seeing things like this reminds me that there are good people in the world as of late I have become very cynical of humanity.
Didn't he say he was robbed at gun point? I think I would have called 911 also if a weapon was involved.. Good story.
