"Shopping while black" subpoena

New York retailers including Macy's and Barney's are being accused of stopping African American customers and accusing them of shoplifting and other crimes. Now the New York City Commission on Human Rights is slapping Macy's with a subpoena. The AC360 Later panel discusses the phenomenon nicknamed "shopping while black."
