Toronto Mayor Rob Ford admitted to buying illegal drugs within the past two years, while in office. The confession came during a tense city council meeting, where members voted 37-5 to ask Mayor Ford to take a leave of absence. CNN's Paula Newton has the latest.

I want Anderson to ask Mayor Ford if when he was on video ranting about killing someone, was that Anthony Smith, a young man who many believe was killed over the video of the Mayor smoking crack. I do not think that young man's grieving mom think it is funny what Ford has done....
