A massive relief operation is just getting into gear across the Philippines. At least one truck headed to hard hit Tacloban had to turn around after it was surrounded by desperate storm survivors. So many of the hardest hit areas remain cut off from rescue, relief and even communication with the outside world. Philippines Red Cross Chairman Richard Gordon talks to Anderson about the effort to deliver supplies to hard hit Tacloban.
