Toronto Mayor admits to smoking crack, says he's running for re-election

After months of dodging allegations of smoking crack, Toronto Mayor Rob Ford admitted that it's true. Investigators say they have video showing Ford smoking from a crack pipe. Ford said it was probably the result of a drunken stupor. Not only is he rejecting calls for his resignation, but says he plans to run for re-election next year. Paula Newton has the latest.
