Shocking stop and frisk tape

It is hard to describe what it is like to be the target of the NYPD's stop and frisk policy. A clip in the new documentary "The Hunted and the Hated" gives some insight.  Supporters defend the policy for reducing crime, while opponents say it unfairly targets blacks and Latinos. Retired NYPD detective Kevin Flanagan and New York Times Op-Ed columnist Charles Blow debate the merits and drawbacks of stop and frisk.
