The Justice Department is preparing to announce whether the death of Georgia high school student Kendrick Johnson deserves a full civil rights investigation. Local officials ruled the case a tragic accident, but his parents insist Kendrick was murdered. Today, a judge ordered the release of new potential evidence in the case. Victor Blackwell has the latest.
Kendrick Johnson's parents have enlisted the help of Florida civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump, who gained national attention representing the family of Trayvon Martin, the teen who was shot to death by George Zimmerman. Anderson spoke with him, and his co-counsel Chevene King.
