What newly unsealed documents say about the JonBenet Ramsey case

Today we learned just how close the parents of JonBenet Ramsey came to being charged in connection with her death. Newly unsealed documents reveal in 1999, a grand jury voted to indict John and Patsy Ramsey on charges of child abuse resulting in the death of their six-year-old daughter, along with being accessories to the crime. The District Attorney decided not file those charges because he did not feel he had enough evidence. Randi Kaye takes a look back at this still unsolved crime.

CNN senior legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin and Tom Foreman discuss what the newly-released documents say about the case.

Neither John nor Patsy nor Burke Ramsey killed Jonbonet, but they all know who did it and they are covering up.

In regard to Jon Benet Ramsey there was a show on TRU TV several years ago called "Haunting Evidence" with a psychic and a medium and what they concluded about this case was that an intruder entered the house through the basement window and was in the house for hours upon hours while the Ramseys were out visiting friends. When they got back, Jon Benet couldn't sleep so went downstairs to eat a bowl of cereal. The intruder used a stun gun on her and said the police had not released information on the fact she had visible marks from the stun gun. They also said Jon Benet had seen the man before that possibly he had worked with John Ramsey and that also the intruder hadn't meant to kill her, just sexually molest her but things got out of hand. And also something about him using a suitcase to stand on to get out of the basement. It's such a shame this case has not been solved. I really thought after watching this show, it was the most compelling scenario to date!
