The Moxley murder went unsolved for more than a quarter century. Michael Skakel, who's conviction was just overturned, has always maintained his innocence. 360's Randi Kaye reports on the evidence in the case.

Michael Skakel's lawyer filled out paperwork today that could soon let him walk out of prison. After more than a decade behind bars, a judge overturned Skakel’s conviction for the 1975 murder of Martha Moxley, finding his attorney botched his defense. The decision came as a shock to her family. Anderson spoke to Martha's brother John Moxley.
