


Kennedy cousin Michael Skakel could walk out of jail tomorrow. He spent more than a decade in prison for the 1975 murder of Martha Moxley. Today a judge threw out his murder conviction, ruling his defense attorney provided ineffective counsel during his trial 11 years ago. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. long maintained his cousin's innocence,and tonight he lashed out at Senior Legal Analyst Jeffrey Toobin for his remarks about the case.

This is the Kennedy legal method: lie, continue to lie, and bring a truck load of money to the courthouse. How I wish the original Kennedys would have settled in Canada and not Boston. Sorry Canada.
