Democratic Senator Heidi Heitkamp spoke to Anderson about the effort to strike a deal to reopen the government and avoiding a debt default. She said both parties share responsibility for the current situation. When it comes to voting on a solution, she says it comes down to "whether the House and Senate can play nice together."
