Rep. Israel: "It's better to kick the can, than stomp on the can"
Democratic Congressman Steve Israel weighs in on the Senate's vote to end the government shutdown. With the end of this budget battle in sight, Rep. Israel tells Anderson he looks forward to debates with Republicans on other issues, including Medicare, jobs, immigration and "balancing the budget responsibly."
