I agree, they should pay veteran benefits and thank God for Wounded Warriors and the Fisher House, but I don't hear anyone worried about the senior citizens who depend on their social security checks to live and buy food and pay for their homes and utilities. What about those people? Who is rallying for them? They can't get a job, employers only want to hire young people and a lot of employers are laying employees off. The senior citizens paid into social security with every paycheck and the government stole money out of social security to fund their wars and God knows what else? Who is going to help them? They depend on Medicare for their health coverages. Seems everyone is o.k. with letting the seniors just basically die off, no way to pay for their housing, no way to pay for food, no way to pay for health care or medicines. Pitiful, just pitiful, you pay into something all your life and you are cast to the wayside.
