sorry but I side with the bikers to a point. the man in the SUV, Ran over at least three riders. but is he going to be charged with attempted murder. he should be in, Texas you have the right to defend yourself and others. the way I see it the riders were protecting themselves and others. from a mad man at the wheel of a murder weapon. if he was to hit one of the off duty cops that were present he would be charged with attempted capital murder. what is wrong with America just because you ride A BIKE with friends then your a biker gang and your the bad guy. please wake up

I was told before that a police officer is on duty at all times. If a crime is being committed, it is their duty to intervene or at least report it. Not participate in it.
It is obvious that our police and the standards of conduct included with the job are not being met as many of the police are not living up to what is expected of them. Many of them are involved in the law breaking activities that they are hired to, and do enforce on other citizens. Why is it that the police seem to be above the laws they enforce on everyone else.

first off.... when a detective is under cover... he's under cover.... second.... if those bikers are willing to do that to an SUV imagine what they would do to a single detective telling them "stop or ill arrest you"... he is in the right no doubt!

I think that you should check the back rounds of your officer

Anderson, the panelist on last night's show was wildly absurd....the crimnal defense laywer. I can't believe the words that were coming from his mouth. His thinking is very dangerous. He creates false premises and then treats them as fact. Of all the absurd things that came out of his mouth, this was the one took the cake, "That wasn't a gang...they don't meet the definition of 'gang'..." Can't see the forest for the tress. Open your eyes my friend.
