Shutdown Day 7

Both sides are digging in on day seven of the government shutdown. House Speaker John Boehner called for President Obama to negotiate. The President called for a House vote to fund the government with no strings attached. There is plenty of talk about compromise, but not much progress. Anderson takes a look at what lawmakers are saying about the standoff today, and John King has the latest developments on the battle.

Fact is if the government wasn't running the worlds largest PONZI SCHEME they wouldn't have to worry about the debt limit. This nothing new Gov has running one for years, wonder why they don't go to prison Bernie did.?

During the eight years of George W. Bush presidency, when the heavy spending for Iraq war was a major contributing factor to the huge American debt, no Republican was concerned at all with the reduction of this debt.
It should be interesting to see how the Republican Congress representatives would react to this real fact!
