New questions about the terror raids in Somalia and Libya

U.S. special forces pulled off a pair of daring raids. In Libya, Delta Force captured a key suspect in the 1998 embassy bombings. But the Navy SEAL Team Six in Somalia withdrew before getting a suspected top leader of the group responsible for the Nairobi mall attack.
